HUGS for Elmo and Cookie Monster

HUGS is the support group here in Hawaii that supports families with seriously ill children. They are an amazing non profit organization that helps families navigate some of the financial turmoil that presents with multiple hospital stays and caring for a sick child. They also host many functions monthly, giving families a chance to have fun and bond with others going through similar circumstances. Sometimes it's a special Breakfast with Santa, or tickets to a local show, sometimes it's barbecue at the HUGS house. Last week we heard that Sesame Street Live was going to send out some special visitors....so needless to say we were there for a special visit with Elmo and Cookie Monster.
